Refund policy
We always want you to be 100% happy with any toys you have purchased from us. If you aren't satisfied with your toys then please contact us at ellie@lovetoplay.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can help you.
Faulty Items
If the item is faulty then firstly, we are so sorry. We have really thorough quality control processes here at Love to Play but occasionally something might slip through (we are only human). The process for returning a faulty or damaged toy is:
1) email us at lovetoplay.com.au within three days of receiving your parcel with details of the issue
2) we will acknowledge your email and send you a returns slip.
3) post the item back to us with the returns slip (please send us the tracking details of your parcel) within three days of receiving our email.
4) once we have sighted the damage and confirmed it is faulty we'll be able to replace (if stock levels allow) or refund the item (your choice).
Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind then that's OK too. Please post the item back to us and we will then issue you with store credit to be spent at Love to Play within the following three months. The process for returning a change of mind purchase is:
1) email us at lovetoplay.com.au within three days of receiving your parcel letting us know which items you wish to return
2) we will acknowledge your email and send you a returns slip.
3) post the item back to us (send us the tracking detail of your parcel) within three days of receiving our email. All items must be in their original condition with packaging fully intact. Please note that this is extremely important.
4) once your parcel has been received back at Love to Play it will be inspected and once approved store credit will be issued (for the value of the toys purchased, not including any shipping costs)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.
