Shipping policy
We do our very best to ship your orders as soon as possible, and aim to turn all orders around within 2 business days of the order being placed (often much quicker).
During peak trading times, season launches or sale periods, there may be some delays.
We use Sendle to ship your products to you and they are posted from postcode 3188 (Victoria).
We email you when you order is confirmed and again when it has been shipped so you are kept fully informed.
Please double check your delivery address at checkout as we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs involved for redelivery.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping within Victoria, or $10 for anywhere else in Australia. And if you spend $140 or more in our little online store, then we’ll shout the whole lot – it’s our way of saying a huge thank you for supporting Love to Play and spending your hard-earned money with us.
From time to time we may offer promotions for free shipping on specific items with a code. If the code is incorrectly applied you will be charged the applicable amount via a separate invoice. Orders will not be cancelled for this reason. Please read any shipping offers carefully.
Additional Postage Costs
Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy and therefor excluded from these flat rate prices and will incur additional postage charges.
In the event that you purchase a combination of items that become what we deem a bulky and heavy package, there may also be additional postage charges applicable.
This is determined by a combination of the parcel weight and size and your location. We always do our very best to secure the best rate possible for you, and we absorb shipping costs where possible to make it as affordable as possible for you too.
If you purchase a bulky item, you will checkout as normal and we will contact you after with an invoice for the additional shipping.

Bulky items incurring additional shipping may be exempt from any free shipping offers or codes. Please contact us first if you aren’t sure, otherwise you may be invoiced for shipping separately after you checkout
The possibility for additional postage rates for bulky items are clearly stated on this page. Unfortunately we cannot cancel and refund an order for this reason.

Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. However, because we want your toys to arrive safe and sound just as much as you do, every single parcel we post is insured up to a value of $100.
Combining orders
We cannot guarantee that we are able to combine shipping on any separate orders you make, due to a combination of factors. Please note if you would like any items shipped together ensure they are in the same order. Subsequent orders made will incur separate shipping charges.
Shipping charges are exempt from discount codes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
